We offer personalised service for the legalization, management and accountancy of Homeowners Associations, drawing up the annual budget for their maintenance. We take charge of summoning owners for general, annual and extraordinary meetings and they will always count with our attendance and guidance. We bookkeep all the documentation and deal with the billing processing in computerised form.
We manage extrajudicial claims to defaulter owners and deal with any damage or incident that takes place in the property, if necessary. We monitor the maintenance of the lift, door opener, antenna, cleaning, doors, pressure pump, gardening and any other issues needing monitoring. We also provide legal and fiscal counselling for any claim the association had to make to third parties.
