1. Data privacy policy
This privacy policy sets out how the personal data provided by the DATA SUBJECT will be managed. This policy is expressly and fully accepted by the DATA SUBJECT from the moment that, in order to use the site or the services offered by the CONTROLLER, they voluntarily communicate their personal data, which constitutes an explicit act of acceptance of the conditions for processing their personal data for the purposes informed by the CONTROLLER.

The CONTROLLER has adopted appropriate security measures in its facilities, systems and processing activities. All technical means have been established to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data provided by the DATA SUBJECT, ensuring their integrity and confidentiality.
Purposes of processing personal data

Exercise of rights

Requests must include the DATA SUBJECT’s name and surname, a copy of their ID, and, where applicable, proof of representation; the specific request; an address for notifications; date and signature; and supporting documents. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, correction will be requested. The right of access will only be denied when the request is made by a person other than the data subject. No consideration will be required for exercising these rights.
Where consent has been granted for a specific purpose, the right to withdraw such consent may be exercised at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
The DATA SUBJECT is informed of their right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and/or seek its protection, particularly when they consider that they have not obtained satisfaction from the CONTROLLER in exercising their rights, via its electronic headquarters or by writing to its postal address (C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 – Madrid).
Changes to this privacy policy
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this data protection policy according to its criteria, or due to legislative, case-law or business practice changes. Any modification will be published on this website so the DATA SUBJECT may be aware of the current policy.
2. Applicable law and jurisdiction
THE COMPANY and the USER-CLIENT, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile for any controversy arising from access to the Website. If the USER-CLIENT is domiciled outside Spain, THE COMPANY and the USER-CLIENT submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville.
